Ssssspt!

You know when you forget how to do something?  Like, something that you should always know how to do because it’s the most simple and random thing that requires no brain power to remember on normal days?  What I’m trying to say is, my little sister walked past me, I really wanted to ask how her day was going, but I had to do it quietly so as not to wake a sleeping individual.  So my brain was like, “Say, ssssssssspt!”  and my mouth was all, “That is not easy to say!  Are you sure that’s right?” (try it, I dare you)  and then I sat for a moment and quietly “ssssspt”-ed until I finally realized the word? sound? I was looking for was “pssssst”.  So.  You know.

There’s lots and lots I could say in this post, but I don’t really feel like it.  That happens sometimes, and the perfect remedy for just this very situation is to instead bombard you with a veritable mountainous colossus of photographs.  I’m not really sure what I just said in that last sentence.

First of all: SUMMER!!!!  Oh, I am excited.  And see that little cleft in her chin?  I am just starting to notice it and it matches mine perfectly.  And just like mine, you can only see it at certain angles when she smiles.  My favorite activity might be finding myself in her features.

She is sassy.

Thanks to my mom for letting Olivia dig endlessly in her garden.  She is mildly obsessed with dirt.

I got to hang out with this little man today:

And he really isn’t a baldy egg-head.  But he smiled for me!  At least 7 times and it was blissful.

And also, these children played in the summer sunshine all day.

AHHH!  Olivia’s teeth!  What the baby chiclets is going on in her mouth?  I love it so much.
